Olayinka: Disruptive Force Deluxe Has Plenty of Upside

Impressive! Oladimeji “Dimeji” Olayinka shows all the raw, explosive, athletic skills and field savvy that you hope to see in a high school OLB/DE prospect: good initial burst off the ball, outstanding balance and foot speed, nice pad level and leverage and the ability to use his hands to quickly disengage from would-be blockers. But more importantly, Dimeji has that unteachable ability to immediately find the ball and to command his body to get to it by any means necessary. And because of his natural flexibility and balance he can get skinny and/or spin and then burst his way to the ball carrier from sideline to sideline.

If Dimeji gets with the right program, hits the weight room, fuels up with gusto at the training table and keeps his focus-- he has the abilities to become a special impact-type player at the next level. I really, really like this kid. A bona fide baller!
